Be Advised
Students will take courses by block, working from the top to bottom block on the list below. All Liberal Education Goal Area courses must be complete before beginning Prerequisite block courses. All courses prior to the student teaching block must be completed before starting the student teaching block.
Application deadlines for each block are March 1 or October 1 of the previous semester.
Prerequisites to the Special Education Block include CPSY 361 and HURL 497/498.
Math Accuplacer Test or Provide ACT Math Score: Students must have ACT math score of 23 or Accuplacer scores of either 70/Elementary Algebra or 50/College-Level Math to register for MATH 201. Students may be required to take MATH 070 and/or MATH 072 if they do not meet placement criteria (See website information: http://www.stcloudstate.edu/mathplacement/default.asp)
All SCSU students must complete a minimum of 120 credits to graduate.
All SCSU students must have at least 40 credits of 300/400 level courses to graduate.
All SCSU students must complete a minimum of 40 credits of Liberal Education courses AND meet the requirements of all 10 goal areas, including RIGR and Diversity.
Apply for graduation one semester before you plan to graduate.
