Degree Emphases (must select one)
Data Analytics (DA) Concentration (21 credits)
Electives: Complete 6 credits of 300- or 400 level STAT courses, excluding STAT 353.
Application Area: (15+ credits) Students must complete a minor or second major.
Data Science (DS) Concentration (22 credits)
Concentration Courses (19 credits) take all of MATH 221 (Goal 4), MATH 312, CSCI 201, and SE 413
Electives: Complete 3 credits of 300- or 400 level STAT courses, excluding STAT 353.
Be Advised
MATH 221 and STAT 239 both satisfy Goal Area 4 of the SCSU Liberal Education program.
A grade of C- or better in each program course is required for graduation.
All SCSU students must complete a minimum of 120 credits to graduate.
All SCSU students must have at least 40 credits of 300/400 level courses to graduate.
All SCSU students must complete a minimum of 40 credits of Liberal Education courses AND meet the requirements of all 10 goal areas, including RIGR and Diversity.
