Program Description

This is a flexible program that offers students the opportunity to investigate a number of areas in biology. A broad degree program to explore the scope of possibilities offered by biological sciences and related disciplines. In general, students will select courses in field biology and/or cell biology.

Other requirements applicants MUST complete prior to admission.

The GRE with a minimum of 150 on both verbal and quantitative sections is required for admittance to the program. Previous GRE scores may be submitted. Successful completion of a minimum of 32 undergraduate credits in biology and 8 credits in chemistry. Students should contact a faculty member within the department and identify a Graduate Advisor willing to sponsor them on a thesis project.
