Identify and explain the global impacts hospitality and tourism, and the industries and organizations that support it, have on people, places and cultures.

Describe the interconnectedness of place and the linkages (political, transportation, cultural) between tourist generation regions and destinations.

Identify and assess the value geographic diversity (physical, cultural, and economic) has as a catalyst for tourism, and analyze the importance of conservation in protecting these resources.

Utilize oral and written interpersonal communication skills, as well as research, analytical and leadership skills to demonstrate preparation as a hospitality and tourism professional.
