Be Advised
Following completion of the Pre-Professional Core, students must complete a manual admissions process to be admitted as Social Work majors, including an interview. Students must have a cumulative GPA of 2.6 or higher and a grade of C- or higher in the Pre-Professional Core courses.
SW 444 must be completed for 12 credits. SW 445 must be completed for 3 credits.
All SCSU students must complete a minimum of 120 credits to graduate.
All SCSU students must have at least 40 credits of 300/400 level courses to graduate.
All SCSU students must complete a minimum of 40 credits of Liberal Education courses AND meet the requirements of all 10 goal areas, including RIGR and Diversity.
Apply for graduation one semester before you plan to graduate.
