Execute assessments of cardiovascular fitness, pulmonary function, flexibility/range of motion, muscular strength and endurance, body composition, and balance for various populations.

Execute measuring skinfold sites and girth measurements for estimating body composition.

Execute measurement of resting biometric data.

Execute measurement of heart rate, blood pressure, and obtaining ratin gof percieved exertion at rest and during exercies according to established guidelines.
