Research and study the history of a specific period of documentary production.
Recognize the ways in which historical knowledge is constructed and shaped by personal, political and social forces through the documentary medium.
Consume, analyze and discuss media that covers documented history/histories of Jewish people, WWII, the Holocaust and its aftermath in order to gain a broader understanding and compassion of humankind.
Build an appreciation of diverse cultures, beliefs, appearances, and lifestyles with a sensitivity to issues of anti-Semitism, genocide, discrimination, and prejudice of all kinds.
