Summarize and apply the stages of a Six Sigma improvement; Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) and design process; Identify, Design, Optimize, & Verify (IDOV).

Determine appropriate sample sizes based on desired product or process confidence and reliability.

Design, conduct, and analyze experiments in order to quantify and control key variables and improve quality.

Select and use software tools for use in quality data analysis.
