Understanding and knowledge of the listening process (ie. Hurier Model). 20% Assignments that provide reflection and insight into one's own strengths and weaknesses (barriers and biases) in listening. 35% Active practice and application of listening skills (ie. appreciative listening, radical listening, listening to self). 35% Growth in understanding one's own attitudes toward listening and motivation and ability to improve skills. 10%
