Develop understanding of the foundations of Gender & Women’s Studies ideas, theories, and frameworks of analysis around both national and global issues.

Apply intersectional analysis of race, class, gender, sexuality, and geographic or national location as they study contemporary issues and systems of oppression.

Analyze diverse feminist methodologies and theories appropriate in the use of feminist research and analytical practices relevant to feminist praxis.

Explore and evaluate contribution of interdisciplinary nature of Gender and Women’s Studies in exploring issues of feminist scholarship, leadership and other social issues across disciplines and cultures.

Apply feminist concepts of activism and social transformation to complete a project addressing a contemporary social issues.
