SPAN 222. Oral and Written Proficiency in Spanish

Description: Designed to help students advance to the intermediate proficiency level. Continued practice in developing speaking, listening, reading and writing skills needed in the second and third year. Oral communication emphasized. Taken with SPAN 201, SPAN 202 or SPAN 300-level courses.

Additional Information: SPAN 221 and SPAN 222 have different audiences. SPAN 222 is for non-natives, and SPAN 221 is for heritage speakers. The courses will be cross-listed, and students with strong speaking skills will be paired with students who are learning the language. This course is taught in Spanish.
