Student Learning Outcomes

1. Analyze organizational culture and its relation to organizational problems and successes.
2. Name and describe at least three motivational theories.
3. Comprehend leadership and its applicability to organizations.
4. Apply skills of individual, team and group decision making and problem solving and successfully apply this understanding to real-life organizational situations.
5. Identify various approaches to conflict management and resolution.
6. Appraise the complexities of change management and organizational development.
7. Describe team roles along with team development stages and appreciate the importance of collaboration within goal-seeking organizations.
