Program Description

Students who pursue the Health Care Administration Certificate are preparing for work in an in-demand employment fields due to the growing U.S. population. Students will acquire the mix of business and administrative tools and knowledge of gerontology and the aging process necessary to manage and coordinate work in settings such as clinics, homecare or hospice. The certificate prepares students to take the government-sponsored license examination for assisted living administration, or the license examination for nursing home administration.
