Electives,12-15 credits:

Computing Elective (3-4 credits): Select one course from CYB 267, CSCI 201, MATH 252.

Mathematics Electives (6-8 credits): Select two courses from MATH 312, MATH 320 or MATH 321, MATH 325 or MATH 327, MATH 353, MATH 423, MATH 427, MATH 452, MATH 455.

Statistics Elective (3 credits): Select one course from STAT 321, STAT 325, STAT 360, STAT 417, STAT 447.

At least three credits must come from non-major courses.

Notes

Mathematics, Mathematics Teaching, Statistics (Mathematical Statistics), and Mathematical
Economics majors will not be admitted to this minor program.

STAT 219, STAT 239, or STAT 242 may substitute for STAT 353 with permission of advisor.

At least three credits must be completed at SCSU.

Students must earn at least a "C-" in all program courses.
