Program Description
This minor is designed to serve engineering and physical science majors who have an interest in physics. The minor provides a broad, general background in modern physics to familiarize non-physics majors with techniques and practices of physics. This minor is not designed to train individuals to be physicists, but is designed to enable those in adjacent fields (chemistry, engineering, mathematics, etc.) to apply physics principles in their discipline.
