Description: Design a business model that describes the ways, means, and methods a business uses to generate revenue. Test and evaluate the effectiveness of the business model.

Student Learning Outcomes

1. Develop processes of analyzing a business model for a new or existing business.
2. Construct a business model.
3. Analyze and design revenue streams.
4. Evaluate the validity of a proposed or ongoing business model by various testing procedures.
5. Identify key success factors for different business models.
6. Create appropriate feasibility studies that determine the likely success of a business model.
